Hey! I'm still on the lookout for more stuff as I find that music, movies, books and TV shows help me a lot perhaps nearly 50%! So here's what I love so far.
TV shows: Gilmore Girls, Modern Family, Fresh Prince Of Bel-air, Simpsons, Community and above all: Psych. I think anything uplifting and funny has helped me the most. Songs- the list is too long so here's just a link to my recommendations: https://www.thegriefgirlblog.com/post/best-songs-to-listen-to-when-grieving
But I also love Good Grief by Bastille and litany every Kodaline song. (I seriously need to make a grief playlist).
Books: My Friend Fear by Meers Lee Patel, When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalinithi and my top 2 are- This Star Won't Go Out By Esther Earl and We Are Okay by Nina LaCour.
I really hope this helps!
Lidia.
Songs about grief that I listen to: "Good Grief" by Bastille, "To Build a Home" by The Cinematic Orchestra, "All I Want" by Kodaline, and "See You Again" by Wiz Khalifa ft. Charlie Puth
